Grey is really into his books these days which makes the inner book worm in me smile.
I hope he always enjoys reading as much as he does right now.
I thought it would be fun to share his favorites with all of you in case you have read Goodnight Moon one too many times and need ideas for new books.
I also think this will be fun to look back on as he grows and his interests change!
And no, he didn’t tell me that these are his current favorites…but based on the amount of times I read them during the week, I think it’s safe to say these are his top picks!
Or any Llama llama book for that matter! But this is the newest one we have so it’s always one of his first choices.
My mom recently sent these to us and they are so great! The pages have tabs that slide out, up, over, down, etc. and the pictures are so pretty. Grey loves pushing the tabs back into the books. I highly recommend these if you don’t have them already!
A classic. Need I say more?
(Side note: does anyone else try to read the last page in one breath or is that just me?)
I know, I know, it’s not St. Patrick’s Day anymore but Grey doesn’t care! This book has balloons and dogs in it and those are both things that he loves to point out! The actual story is pretty cute, too.
Grey got this for his birthday and it has become a favorite in the last few weeks. This book is great for bedtime and the pictures are gorgeous! Seriously, I even love looking at them. The story is long and melodic so he’s rubbing his eyes and yawning by the end of it!
What are your kiddos reading these days?!
