I will have my first post for this series up next week but until then, here is a quick tip that will make you feel better and healthier RIGHT AWAY!
Drink more water!
It’s so easy. Just add an extra glass to your water intake every day. If you normally drink one glass of water a day, drink two. On Tuesday, drink three…keep going until you are up to at least eight glasses or until you feel better!
And while we’re at it…go drink a glass right now!
