It’s time for a little bit of honesty.
Last week I wrote about starting a new health series here on the blog. I said I was going to start eating healthier and I’ve actually done really well! I have drastically cut back on my sugar intake which was my main goal…so I am really proud of myself.
I just don’t want to write about it.
It’s not enjoyable for me.
In fact, I had a post written and ready for today but I wasn’t even excited to post it.
My favorite posts are the ones I write and can’t wait to wake up in the morning to hit the “publish” button! The post I wrote last night wasn’t one of those. I didn’t even enjoy writing it.
I want to write about being a Mom and about my family!
There are plenty of amazing and talented people out there who share tons of health tips every day! I am just not going to be one of those people. I will occasionally post a new recipe I’ve tried or maybe a good workout if I find one…but I won’t be doing any sort of “series”.
I hope that’s okay with you.
However, here are a few of my favorite health “gurus” that I love to follow!
– The Tone It Up girls. I’ve actually been a long time reader of theirs! I bought their plan a while ago and refer back to it often. They also share a ton of FREE workouts and recipes!
– Amanda Adams. She is all about “ditching the diet” which I think is amazing!! I haven’t bought her plan but I have heard really great things. I also love following her Instagram because it shows how “real” she is.
– Lauren Gleisberg. She also shares a ton of free stuff on her blog and is a good one to follow on Instagram.
So, if you are looking for some motivation, tips, workouts, etc., follow those ladies!
