Here are some favorites from the week!
This hand soap. Yes, I am talking about hand soap because I literally make excuses to wash my hands. Therefore this soap shall be shared with you.
A #tbt post from the MTV Movie Awards 15 years ago. Just take a moment and look at all of the denim NSYNC was wearing. PS how do you properly type that name? All capitals? ‘Nsync? NSync? I don’t know. It’s confusing.
White Chicken Chili. Kane has requested this recipe three different times now so there’s your proof that it’s pretty good. Also it’s on the menu for dinner tonight.
I’m really into initial jewelry lately. I want something with a “G” on it. For obvious reasons. I have been eyeing this one.
Anyone watching The Voice? Mia Z is my favorite.
This Etsy shop. So delicate and pretty…but kind of on the pricey side!
Nella’s Birth Story. I read this a while ago but I find myself thinking about it from time to time. It’s so honest and brave. I’m also a follower of Kelle’s blog now…and I love how beautifully she writes and shares her life.
I am not a movie watcher. I am just not good at sitting through them…yet I’ll watch an entire season of something on Netflix, no problem. Why is that? Anyways, we watched two, YES TWO, movies last weekend and they were good. Foxcatcher and The Theory of Everything. Both very serious so put your game face on.
Kane has today off so we are trying to get our lawn figured out. He brought home weed killer the other day and I was all, “You can’t use that!!! You will kill our baby and our dog!!” (Insert an unimpressed look on Kane’s face here). So we have been trying to find a friendlier option. It sounds like a mix of vinegar, salt and dish soap would work but also kills your grass? Any ideas or products that you would recommend?!
It’s crawfish season here in Texas so we are going to a big crawfish boil on Saturday. It should be a good time! I don’t care for the stuff but Kane likes it. Let’s be honest…I don’t eat anything that requires some work. (Crawfish, ribs, chicken wings…) I like my food low key.
I hope you all have a good weekend!
