It’s time for another recipe roundup!
These are a few recipes I’ve found on Pinterest lately that I want to share.
I’ve already made a couple of them (both total successes) and there’s some I haven’t.
You will notice a theme here…Mexican!!
That’s all I’ve wanted during this pregnancy.
Every time we go out to dinner, I always suggest Mexican food.
And my sweet husband usually goes along with it.
I made this the other night and it was so good!
And super easy to make too!
This recipe doesn’t contain any meat so it’s perfect if you are a vegetarian.
*Make sure you top yours with fresh avocado…it completely makes the dish!*
The title of this is not a lie.
I made a batch when Kane was out of town and it’s literally all I ate.
Every. Single. Day.
It’s that good!
And again, very easy to make.
*You could easily make this vegetarian by leaving out the hamburger.*
I’ve been on a kale kick lately.
-No I haven’t actually used it…yet.-
But every recipe I come across that has kale…I immediately want to make.
This is no exception.
I haven’t tried this one out yet but it looks very easy.
Really, just mix me some beans, corn, peppers and avocado in a bowl and I will be a happy girl!
Cold pasta salad just screams summer time to me.
And this one looks delicious!
It would be perfect to take to a BBQ as a side dish.
A few more ingredients in this recipe than the others…but I’m sure it’s worth it!
Let me know if you try any of these recipes!
Also let me know if you have any good Mexican ones to share with me!
