Last week I shared my first “back to basics” workout and that was for the lower body.
This week I am sharing one for…you guessed it…the upper body!
This workout is very quick and simple…the only equipment needed is a pair of dumbbells.
You could even do this workout in your living room if you wanted to.
Again, this workout should take no longer than 30 minutes.
