Sometimes it’s good to just go back to basics.
No fancy exercises.
No fancy equipment.
No spending hours in the gym.
Just good old fashioned exercise!
Over the next few weeks, I will be sharing some of my favorite back to basics workouts.
Today’s workout is for the lower body and it only requires one pair of dumbbells.
Depending on your rest time, this workout should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete.
*Use dumbbells for everything except for the bodyweight squats.
*Complete each exercise once before moving on to the next round.
*Only rest when needed.
