The best day of the week!
Is it just me or did this week fly by?
Kane worked all week and I’ve been busy searching for a house!
I love looking at houses…it might be one of my favorite things to do. However, it gets exhausting! Not to mention it is very stressful.
When we bought our first home, it was in a very small town and the only thing we really had to worry about was if we liked the house or not.
I am quickly finding out that there’s a lot more to consider when buying a house in the city.
Neighborhoods, commute time, school districts, HOA fees, etc.
Plus the houses are flying off the market so if we find one that we love…we have to move quick!
There were a couple that I really liked on Wednesday so this afternoon we are taking Kane with us to see what he thinks.
Wish us luck that we find the one!
Today I am joining in with Heather to share my Friday Favorites!
First things first:
Have I mentioned that there is a Starbucks within walking distance of our apartment?
Um, hello Starbucks all day every day!
However, I am trying to only have a latte once or twice a week so I found a new option.
The drink pictured above is an unsweetened half green tea half passion tea.
It is so refreshing and sometimes I find myself preferring it over my beloved latte.
It is spring here in Texas which calls for some bright colored nail polish!
This is Sally Hansen in the color “Peachy Breeze”.
Every time I put this on my nails I am shocked at how pretty and bright it is!
It’s perfect for this time of year.
How cute is this bath bomb?!
My lovely sister sent me some Lush goodies and this was one of the items I got.
I used this the other night and of course I loved it!
It smelled amazing and turned my bath water a really pretty color.
If you haven’t tried a bath bomb from Lush…go get one now!!
And yes I am aware that my first three favorites are pink!
Of course I have to include this video that I posted on Tuesday.
I cannot stop watching it. We had so much fun!
Seriously, ask these questions with your significant other. Even if you don’t film it…just see what your answers would be!
(But if you film it, it’s even more fun!)
I have also been loving my slow cooker!
Talk about convenience! I just get everything started in the AM and then by dinner time it’s ready!
Both super easy recipes that turned out great.
Those are my favorites for the week!
Feel free to share yours in the comments or even link up over at Heather’s blog.
