Four weeks later and I am still running!
I thought I would update you on my progress from Week 2 and Week 3.
For my Week 1 post, click here.
Each week consists of three walk/runs.
Week 2 was 90 seconds of jogging and 2 minutes of walking.
With a 5 minute warm up and cool down this totaled 31 minutes.
As you can see I ran a little bit further each day.
Week 3 was a little more complex.
Jog for 90 seconds
Walk for 90 seconds
Jog for 3 minutes
Walk for 3 minutes
With a 5 minute warm up and cool down this totaled 28 minutes.
This was a challenging week for me.
I just wasn’t feeling motivated and there were a couple of days I really didn’t want to run.
Honestly, this blog is what kept me going because I knew that I wanted to keep updates on my progress.
Of course after each run I was so glad I went out and did it!
I am still really loving the Couch to 5k trainer and I still highly recommend it if you want to begin a running program.
I did Week 4 Day 1 yesterday and it wasn’t pretty.
This week is definitely going to be tough!
