I don’t know about you but I love watching the Olympics!
All of the athletes are so impressive and so talented.
I wanted to try and find the types of workouts that these athletes do and I found some from Women’s Health.
Here are a few good exercise demonstrations from some of the top Olympic athletes.
In this article, the Olympic bobsledder, Katie Eberling, demonstrates how to do the step up.
Here they have another bobsledder, Jazmine Fenlator, demonstrating the barbell rollout.
Hilary Knight, an ice hockey player, demonstrates the single-leg deadlift.

Last we have Charlie White, an olympic ice dancer, demonstrating the Russian Twist for a strong core.
Add these exercises into your regular workouts to get strong and healthy bodies like the Olympic athletes!
