When you want something before bed to relax with…that doesn’t contain any caffeine.
Sort of like sleepytime tea. But much much better.
– 1 cup vanilla almond milk
– 1 spiced chai tea
1. Heat the almond milk on the stove until it is just about to boil.
2. Pour over tea bag.
3. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
