This month just flew by but that’s okay because I’ve been looking forward to posting my January favorites!
I told you last month that I had a bunch of new favorites…so many even that I’m going to break them into two posts.
Today I will post my beauty favorites and then on Monday I will post my random favorites!
My first favorite is my Naked Palette.
This was a gift from my husband and I have literally used it every single day this month.
I have this one and the Naked 2…but I can’t decide which one I like more!
They are both amazing and even though the colors look similar at first glance…they are completely different when you actually wear them.
You can find one here.
My next two favorites are very similar.
First is the Urban Decay B6 Vitamin Infused Complexion Prep Spray.
You spray this on your face before you start your makeup and it helps reduce redness, minimize pores and absorb oil.
I highly recommend this spray!
You can find it here.
Next is the Urban Decay All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray.
This setting spray is oil free, paraben free and has temperature control technology.
Basically it helps your makeup last longer.
You use this spray after you are done with your makeup.
It’s kind of scary to spray something on your face after you just spent all of that time putting on makeup but trust me it’s a very light mist.
You can find this spray here.
I have another gift from my husband that I’ve been loving!
He picked out 5 eyeshadows for me and I’m loving 3 of them right now.
(The other two are going to be great for spring and summer)
They are all from Lorac and are so pigmented.
The first color is “Gold”, the second is “Dreamy” and the third is “Green Room”.
These are great for winter because they are dark/neutral shades.
I love wearing the gold on my lid…it is seriously so beautiful and a little bit goes a long way!
You can find them here and they are on sale!
e.l.f. products are very hit and miss.
This next one is a total hit though.
It is the Contouring Blush & Bronzer duo.
These are both beautiful colors and so easy to just throw in your bag when you’re traveling.
You seriously can’t beat the price too…only $3.00!
Find it here.
Winter in the mountains is harsh and definitely isn’t doing my skin any favors.
It is so dry! But I finally found a great body butter that makes all the difference.
It is the SHE Milk & Honey Body Soufflé.
Sulfate and paraben free.
Warning: this stuff is thick!
But if you have super dry skin it will definitely do the trick!
I found mine at TJ Maxx but you can also find it here.
Another new obsession is the Urban Decay Primer Potion.
I got a sample of this with my Naked palette and I’m so glad I finally got to try it.
If you have oily eyelids you need this product.
It keeps your eyeshadows from budging and makes them true to color.
Once I run out of this sample I will definitely be purchasing a full size.
Find it here.
Last, but certainly not least, is this beautiful scarf that my Granny made for me.
She is seriously so talented and could literally make anything!
Fun Fact: She handmade me a dress every year when I was little!
Thank you Granny for taking the time to make me this cute scarf!
That’s it for my January beauty favorites!
My random favorites will be posted on Monday so check back for those.
Have a great weekend!
