but when Fall rolls around I start getting in the mood to bake.
There is just something about the change in weather and it makes me really excited to try out new recipes.
The only problem is that a lot of them call for sugar, flour, butter, oil, etc.
Here are some simple swaps that you can use to cut back on all of those bad ingredients:
There are also plenty of ways to use Greek Yogurt while baking:
Last, but not least, cut your recipes in half!
If you know that it’s just yourself or even you and your spouse that you are baking for, make half of the recipe.
There’s no reason that my husband and I need a dozen cookies!
Three each is plenty.
