While you’re over there…make sure to congratulate Jenn on her new baby!
It was my day off so I stayed home pretty much the whole day…
except for when I went to the gym and ran out to get a latte.
Other than that, I was in the comfort of my own home and here is what I ate!
Because we all know I can’t start my day without it.
Nothing too exciting over here…just 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg and a whole wheat english muffin.
After breakfast I headed to the gym for a leg workout.

– Calf Raises on the Leg Press Machine
– Smith Machine Squats
– Straight Leg Deadlifts
– Leg Extension
– Lying Leg Curls
– Standing Calf Raises
– Walking Lunges
I had my post workout shake as soon as I got home and it was delicious!
