After work on Friday,
I decided to kick off my weekend in the gym.
I did a shoulders and triceps workout.
Shoulders & Triceps:
3 x 10-12
– Overhead Press
– Arnold Press
– 1 min Jump Rope
– Lateral Raise
– Front Raise
– 1 min Squat Jumps
– Single Arm Overhead Press
– Push Ups
– Tricep Rope Press Down and Out
– Machine Tricep Press
– Assisted Dips
On Saturday, I met a friend in town to go to the Parade of Homes.
This is basically where contractors are able to show off their work.
It’s really neat to look at all of these gorgeous homes…but at the same time it’s a little depressing.
The houses are so nice and perfectly decorated…
I just wanted to move in.
Needless to say, I rearranged my living room once I got home!
Sunday was really nice and relaxing.
I felt sort of sluggish around 10 AM though so I decided to go do some cardio.
Stairmaster HIIT Cardio & Abs:
25 minutes total
– 5 minute warm up
– 30 seconds sprint
– 30 seconds recover
*Repeat for 15 minutes*
– 5 minute cool down
Doing HIIT on the stairmaster is great for the glutes!
3 x failure
-Roman chair leg lifts
– Bosu ball sit ups
– Stability ball leg raises
Lately, chicken has not sounded good to me at all.
However…I found a new way to make it last night that actually makes it edible.
If I make shredded chicken in the crock pot I have no problem eating it…
but that takes so long!
So last night, I cooked chicken in a pan like usual…and then threw it into my ninja.
It made the chicken super shredded and it was so easy.
Try this out if you have a hard time eating chicken.
