I am soo glad this week is over.
The only bummer is that Kane had to leave yesterday.
Hopefully he will only be gone for a week though.
I got in a pretty good leg workout last night so I wanted to share that with you.
I tried to really focus on my glutes this time.
Legs & Abs:
3 x 10-12
– Leg Press
– Wide Stance Plie Squats
– Lying Leg Curls
– Straight Leg Deadlifts
– Curtsy Lunges (my fav)
– Calf Raises
3 x Failure
– Stability Ball Abs
– Medicine Ball Twists
– Bicycle Crunches
Wore my sweater to the gym today! Fall might finally be here 🙂
My post workout shake had protein powder, frozen grapes and a banana.
On my way home, I came across a momma moose and her baby!
If you haven’t seen a moose in person you are really missing out.
There is just something so majestic about them.
This is literally right around the corner from my house!
I finished off the night with a vegetarian dinner.
Sometimes I just really don’t feel like eating meat.
So…I made a mixture of rice, black beans and garbanzos.
I also had a side salad with some homemade ranch dressing.
For the dressing I just mixed some plain Greek yogurt with ranch seasoning.
