First things first…
My morning coffee!
Can’t start my day without it.
For breakfast I had 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, and an English muffin with cinnamon sugar butter!
I’ve been eyeing this at the grocery store for quite some time now.
I decided to finally get it and it’s delicious!
The best part is that there are only 7 ingredients and I can pronounce all of them!
I’ve been having this snack a lot lately.
Wheat thins, cheese and grapes!
I had leftovers for lunch.
Ground hamburger with parmesan couscous.
For dinner, I had some protein pancakes.
