I hope everyone had an amazing weekend! My mom came up last night to spend a few days with me so look forward to a post on that later this week.
I wanted to quickly fill you in on what I am planning to do in the gym over the next month. Lately I haven’t been super motivated to go to the gym and I think part of that is because I am getting bored with my workouts. So I am going to start doing Ashley Conrad’s 21-Day Clutch Cut. Ashley is a celebrity personal trainer and she made a program for bodybuilding.com. This program looks so tough and it’s different than anything I’ve been doing in the gym. I really like her philosophy and approach to training though so I thought I’d give it a try! I’ll be starting this on Wednesday after my mom leaves. Every Wednesday after that, I will plan on updating you on how I am liking the program. I have a couple of things coming up this month so I am going to try my best not to let those derail my training plans!
