Good morning and Happy Monday!!
I am sitting here enjoying some coffee and decided to write up a quick post.
How was everyone’s weekend?! Mine was pretty good. My mother in law and all of her friends were in town for their annual ladies weekend, so I went and participated in that! It was a lot of fun just spending time with the ladies and having some good conversation with them.
I was able to get four of my five workouts in last week. I went to the gym on Sunday to get my 5th workout in and they were closed! I have no idea why and I don’t remember them saying they would be closed so that was a real bummer. It’s okay though because it forced me to go outside with the dogs and get some exercise in with them.
I wanted to end today’s post with this really neat picture I found on Pinterest. It is all about sleep! Sleep is so important, especially if you are trying to be healthier. A lot of people don’t think sleep has anything to do with weight loss, building muscle, being healthy, etc. but the truth is that it’s one of the most important aspects of living a healthy life!
