I have been stuck in a rut in more than one way lately. I am stuck in a blogging rut…I just can’t seem to think of anything to write about. I am also stuck in a rut when it comes to the gym. I haven’t been motivated at all! I’ll admit…I only went once last week. I feel like this is okay though and sometimes we just need to listen to our bodies and take a break. Plus, Kane and I both knew he was going to be leaving soon so we really tried to enjoy our time together. Sadly, he left on Saturday but we really did have a lot of fun while he was home.
So…what am I going to do about these ruts?! Well I’ll tell you one thing, I am not going to let them get me down. Today is Monday…the start of a brand new week! I am going to start it off with this post and a hard gym session tonight. I know that this post probably isn’t one of my best ones and probably won’t teach you anything…but sometimes just writing my feelings is the best way to get ideas!
With that said, I hope everyone has a great week! It’s a new template and we can make this week go however we want. We can have a really bad week or a really great one…it’s up to us!! I have decided that I’m going to have a great one and I hope you do too!
