Happy Monday! I am super excited about today’s post! I found this recipe on Pinterest and knew I had to try it. I was so glad that it turned out delicious because I really wanted to post it! All it takes is 6 ingredients and about 10 minutes! Super easy and so yummy! I even got approval from the hubby. 🙂
The original recipe can be found here. Make sure you check out her post because she gives alternatives and some other ideas for fun treats!
– 2/3 cup Cashews
– 1/3 cup Oats
– 2 tbsp Agave
– 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
– 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
– 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
1. Blend together the cashews and oats. I used our Ninja but any food processor should work! After blending you should get a “flour-like” consistency.
2. Add in agave, maple syrup and vanilla. Blend together until the consistency becomes “dough-like”.
3. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. At this point you can shape into balls or if it’s super sticky you can put it in the refrigerator for a little while. (Mine was really sticky so I put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes).
5. After that, shape into little cookie dough balls and you are done!
SUPER easy right?! The original recipe said that I would get 17 out of it but I only got 12.
Let me know if you try this recipe!!
