Overhead Shoulder Press
Machine Shoulder Press
Stability Ball Abs
Stability Ball Pass
Chest & Tris
Overhead Tricep Press
Tricep Press Down (using the rope attachment on the cable machine)
Tricep Extension (using the same rope attachment)
*Both workouts were done in circuits with supersets!
