Today I am thankful for my health. I am so glad that I am able to go to the gym and workout because not everyone has that opportunity. I am also very happy that I hardly ever get sick. Something that obviously plays a big part in this is my lifestyle so I am thankful I learned how to be healthy from such a young age!
For breakfast I made a sausage scramble.
Sausage, 2 egg whites and spinach
My morning snack was strawberries and 1/2 packet of almonds.
Strawberries must be in season because they were so good!
Lunch was chicken cucumber sandwiches.
These were super easy to make!
My afternoon snack was the other 1/2 of my almond pack and 1/2 of an apple. I forgot to take a picture though.
Kane took me out to dinner tonight and I got the Roasted Butternut Squash soup.
