Good morning! I am sitting here drinking my coffee and thought I’d share my back workout from yesterday. This is from the Jamie Eason Live Fit program of course. The workouts in phase 1 were good but I think I’m really going to like phase 2! Phase 2 seems to be targeting specific muscle zones which is how I like to lift.
