I decided to do another What I Ate Wednesday! As always, go to Peas and Crayons to learn more about this! This was the food I ate during my day off yesterday.
For breakfast I had coffee of course with egg whites and blueberry oatmeal.
My morning snack was a Lara Bar. I was in town running errands and got hungry while I was in Target. I grabbed the “apple turnover” flavor and it was actually pretty good!
For lunch I had tilapia with a side of Ezekiel bread. I know this is such a strange combination but it is what I was craving!
My afternoon snack was a homemade chocolate protein bar but unfortunately I forgot to take a picture!
We had dinner after our workout and it was taco salad with a banana.
Since the theme of this month is “fall into healthy habits”, I will leave you with the first thing I would recommend to someone wanting to begin a healthier lifestyle. DRINK MORE WATER! I cannot stress enough how important drinking water is! It will make you look and feel soo much better. Make sure to get in at least a half gallon a day!
