When I first heard about cauliflower pizza, my initial thought was that it would be gross. I was soo wrong. If you haven’t tried this pizza, you must! It is so good! Even my husband likes it. 😉 It’s super easy to make too! This way, I can enjoy pizza without all the calories!
I have seen and tried many different recipes for cauliflower pizza…but this seems to work best for me.
You will need:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 cup of cheese (any kind works!)
- Pizza sauce
- Garlic Powder
- 1 egg
- Any toppings you prefer
- Food Processor or Cheese Grater
- Microwave Safe Bowl
- Baking Sheet
