Soo today’s blog is just going to be about my day…nothing too exciting. I went in to my new job and filled out “new hire paperwork”. I should be starting Friday! I am so excited!! I had a fiasco today for lunch…normally Kane makes lunch but since I was home all day I decided to whip something up. Well first of all, I got a plate out of the cabinet and accidentally dropped it! So that wasn’t any fun. Then after I got a new plate and put all my seasoned chicken tenderloins on it, I dropped two of them on the floor!! I finally got them to the grill though and they turned out pretty good! Here is a pic of what we ate for lunch:
Chicken tenderloins with Frank’s hot sauce and Creole seasoning…broccoli and green beans with a pinch of seasoned salt!
I also picked up a new magazine today…my favorite fitness magazine actually. Muscle & Fitness Hers.
I love this magazine because not only do they give good quality information, but it’s also entertaining! I love reading about other competitors and how they stay in shape. I really liked this issue especially because there were some unique workouts in it. Usually in fitness magazines you’ll see the same workout routines over and over (lat pulls, bicep curls, leg extensions, etc…) But in this one, there was a really cool kettle bell workout and an ab workout that I’ve never seen before! Unfortunately, our gym is so small we don’t have access to kettle bells, but I’m going to try out the ab workout!!
I did back, triceps and abs today and I can tell I’m going to be sore!! I also got in my whole gallon of water!! Woo!!
