First of all, let me start by saying that when I was growing up, I never knew how my mom stayed in such good shape. But now I know…it’s from cleaning the house all the time! I just cleaned ours top to bottom and it was seriously a work out! So thank you mom, for always keeping the house clean!
Okay secondly, I wanted to share a quick tip on how to make your coffee taste good. I love drinking coffee in the mornings but I hate the taste of straight black coffee!! For the longest time, I’ve been trying to figure out how to make my coffee taste good without adding a creamer that is loaded with calories and artificial ingredients. I have finally found the perfect addition to my coffee though! I’ve been adding a little bit of chocolate almond milk! Unsweetened is definitely best with only 45 calories, 3.5g fat, 3g carbs, 1g fiber and 2g protein in a 1 cup serving! (and if you’re using it in coffee you most likely will be using a lot less than 1 cup!) You could also use vanilla almond milk too! There are so many other ways to use almond milk in recipes too so I’ll start posting some!
