Since I have been dieting pretty hard lately, I seem to be relying on diet sodas and sugarfree red bulls. I am drinking these even when I know better! If anyone asked me if they should be drinking either one, I would say absolutely not! Everyone knows they aren’t good for you with all of that “fake” sugar. Because of this, I have decided to STOP drinking them entirely! Cold turkey, it stops tomorrow! (I already had one today which is when I realized I should not drink them anymore). Instead of these drinks, I am going to try to have green tea or just water.
Another beverage I want to stop drinking is alcohol. I rarely ever drink but when I do, I seem to drink a lot! A couple days after my night out, my face breaks out. Every time. Plus I always feel disgusting the day after. Soo not worth it!! I do have my bachelorette party and rehearsal dinner the week of the wedding so I may have a couple drinks at those…but no more crazy nights out for this girl!! I stopped drinking for a year once and honestly didn’t really miss it that much.
I only have 20 more minutes at work and then I’m going home to grab a snack and off to the gym! Today I am doing a shoulder workout. If I have time, I might add in some plyos or some sprints. I am working on getting together an “about me” section and I’ve got some ideas for future blogs!!
